Chase Sexton will once again miss this weekend’s round of Monster Energy AMA Supercross. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider suffered a crash prior to Daytona and has since sat out the Daytona and Indianapolis rounds. We expected the off-weekend break would give him some extra time to heal up but it sounds like Sexton only started riding again this Tuesday and isn’t ready to compete just yet.

“Chase Sexton returned to riding this week, but will remain focused on his recovery following injuries sustained prior to Daytona Supercross,” the team announced via social media. Sexton has made no official update since Arlington.
Sexton continues to drop in the 450SX points standings and now sits sixth after missing two rounds. His best finish is a win at Anaheim 2 but that marks his only podium of the 2026 season. We’ll continue to report on this story as more news becomes available.
