Racing kicked off on Monday, March 9, and went on almost nonstop until Sunday, March 15. It featured both supercross- and motocross-style races across nearly 40 classes, with championships won in both SX and MX categories.

Some of the week’s big winners included Yamaha rider Kane Bollasina from Missouri, who topped the 250 Pro Sport classes in both SX and MX. He won the SX final and exchanged moto wins with fellow Yamaha rider Jesse Furtado in MX, with Bollasina’s 1-2 finish topping Furtado’s 4-1 for the overall victory.

Bollasina also won the SX Futures/Combine class over Wyatt Thurman (KTM) and Chace Lawton (Kawasaki). In the MX Futures/Combine class, KTM rider Grayson Townsend from Utah won both motos for the overall victory, finishing ahead of Wyatt Duff (Kawasaki) and Darren Pine (Triumph).

In the SX Open A class final, Carson Wood from Florida led an all-Yamaha podium sweep, with Riley Busse finishing second and Logan Edwards third.

In the MX category, a familiar name emerged victorious. Triumph Factory Racing’s Mikkel Haarup was the overall winner, but he did not win both motos; he shared moto victories with Wood, who won the first moto but had troubles in the second, finishing 16th. Haarup’s 3-1 bettered Kawasaki rider Chase Haynes’ 4-2 and Franklin Bowsher’s (Yamaha) 5-3.

On smaller-displacement bikes, Texas’ own Beckham Smith, a member of the KTM Orange Brigade crew, had an outstanding week, finishing first nine times and earning three class championships in SX 85cc (9-11) LTD, MX 85cc (9-11) LTD, and MX 85cc (10-13) Open.

Colorado’s Mayla Herrick dominated the Women’s 12+ class in MX and took a win in a moto in the MX Girls (11-16) class while finishing second overall behind Husqvarna rider Hannah Jamison from North Carolina.
