Verge has introduced an updated TS Pro electric motorcycle featuring a revised Donut Motor 2.0, the company’s patented hubless power unit. The second-generation motor retains its peak torque output of 1000 Nm but is now 50 percent lighter, contributing to an overall curb weight of 507 lb. Verge says the changes improve efficiency, stability, and handling, with the TS Pro capable of accelerating from 0–60 mph in approximately 3.5 seconds.
A new 20.2 kWh battery increases range to a claimed 217 miles and supports fast charging, with a 15-minute stop adding about 60 miles. The system now offers improved thermal and energy management, and charging compatibility includes CCS in Europe and NACS in the United States.

The updated model also introduces larger display screens and a redesigned user interface intended to deliver clearer riding information and easier operation. Connectivity enhancements include built-in Bluetooth and expanded functionality through Verge’s HMI system. The motorcycle now meets U.S. Department of Transportation requirements, adding larger lighting elements and a foot brake for regulatory compliance.
“When we unveiled the Verge TS Pro in the fall of 2022, it was the most advanced electric motorcycle on the market. In recent years, our team has worked tirelessly to make it even better. This bike – now equipped with a lighter hubless Donut motor, a new battery and an improved user experience – delivers a truly enjoyable ride and embodies our vision for the future of electric mobility,” says Tuomo Lehtimäki, CEO of Verge Motorcycles.

The TS Pro continues to integrate Verge’s Starmatter platform, launched in 2023, which enables over-the-air software updates and adaptive ride customization. The company notes that new features can be added without hardware changes, helping maintain long-term product support.
Based on feedback from customer test rides, Verge has refined the suspension and damping settings and adjusted the riding posture to a 25-degree angle for improved comfort and overall ride feel. Verge positions these updates as part of its ongoing development of electric motorcycle technology.
