Dane Grivicic Nailed the Holeshot on his Yamaha
In this week’s Throwback we dial back the clock to September of 1998 and visit round two of that year’s AMA Fall Classic Motocross Series held at what was then called Red Bud Track ‘N’ Trail. This photo shows the start of the first 125 Pro moto with Dane Grivicic (693) nailing a holeshot with David Oettel (34), John Grewe (20), Joe Buskirk (5) and Jim Neese (42) all in the early mix. Brad Strunk (522) came through to win the overall that day with a 2-2.
