Team Australia announced its team for the 2025 running of the Motocross of Nations, which will take place at Ironman Raceway in the United States on October 3-5. The defending champions, Team Australia, will return with, of course, brothers Jett and Hunter Lawrence, and third rider Kyle Webster.

MXON 2024 podium
Team Australia will be composed of the same three riders who won the MXoN title last year: Jett and Hunter Lawrence and Kyle Webster.

“The memories of last year’s victory in England are still so vivid,” said team manager Michael Byrne. “It was a very emotional day, not just for Jett, Hunter and Kyle, but also for former Aussie MXoN heroes who were also at the event. It was a sweet victory for the sacrifices that so many people have made over the last five decades trying to win the Chamberlain Trophy.”

Last year’s victory was the first time Team Australia won the prestigious event, so it’s no surprise to see the Aussies choose the same three riders for this year’s race. Currently, it remains undecided which class they will compete in.

The AMA has not yet announced who will represent Team USA. CN
