Developed and tested in extreme enduros, the IX-09 Gekkota tires from IRC combine trials-like traction with off-road-style tread.
The tread blocks on the IX-09 Gekkota tires are designed to grab the surface of the terrain, rather than dig into the dirt. They are constructed with an ultra-gummy compound for excellent bite on nasty obstacles, and the lightweight carcass has flexible sidewalls to absorb bumps. Current size options include one front (80/100-21F) and two rears (110/100-18 and 90/100-16).
