Marc Marquez Amazon Prime Series Debuts in February 2023
Cycle News Staff | November 30, 2022
Marc Marquez will have his own five-part docu-series Marc Marquez: All In on Amazon Prime.
The series will focus on Marquez’s numerous racing returns from injuries sustained since 2020, when he broke his right humerus at the Spanish Grand Prix. The eight-time World Champion underwent four operations on his arm but the one that made the difference was made here in America, a bone re-alignment surgery that finally got his arm in the correct position to heal properly.
He also suffered another potential career-threatening injury at the end of 2021 of diplopia (double vision) that he first encountered after a monster crash in Malaysia in 2011 in his Moto2 career. This time it was an enduro crash that caused the injury, but the Spaniard’s vision problems flared up again after a massive high-side during practice for the 2022 Indonesian MotoGP in which he suffered a concussion and several minor traumas.
