The GasGas rider, Fernandez, moved into the lead during the first lap that took just over 26 minutes to complete. From there, Fernandez took control and never looked back for the win.
KTM rider Jason Tino was right on Fernandez’ tail after the first lap but couldn’t quite hang with the GasGas riders’ pace and ended up finishing just 23 seconds behind Fernandez at the checkers.
The top two finishers were well clear of the next-best rider, Yamaha-mounted Ian Potter. Potter held the position for most of the race, taking the checkered flag four minutes behind Tino.
Mark Fortner (Beta) finished a class fourth, while Ben Wright (Yamaha) rounded out the top five overall.
The top A-class rider in seventh overall was Husqvarna-mounted Owen Barnes, while the B-class championship went to Cooper Davis.
Kyle Grenewicz was the top 250 A rider in eighth overall.
Joe Dennison was the top C rider, and Mallory Eberhard was the queen of the class in the Women’s division.
