Mid-South Cross Country Racing on June 7

Mid-South Cross Country has decided to add one more event to close out the 2019-20 MSXC Fly Racing season.
The race is Hazzard Hill II and is scheduled to take place in Vanleer, Tennessee on June 7.
In an e-mail, MSXC organizers said that having one more event will be a compromise between ending the season with nine rounds and trying to makeup the three rounds that were canceled. Some riders had expressed concerns about the number of drops for the season was not sufficient, and, additionally, the MSXC rulebook doesn’t address the number of drops in a season of nine rounds or less.
MSXC says the rules will address this issue for next season. The rulebook calls for two drops in a 10-round season, so the best eight scores will count and seven minimum entries will be required for end-of-season awards.
The end-of-season award banquet is expected to happen at the Wild Horse Saloon in Nashville on July 12. UPDATE June 17, 2020: The 2019-20 MSXC Awards Banquet is rescheduled for August 16.
