This is a press release Ride Engineering…

Ride Engineering, the industry leader in aftermarket handling performance, has found a solution for the twitchy front end on the YZ250 two-stroke. Triple Clamps (22 and 23.5mm offset), Anti-twist Bar Mounts, and Steering Stabilizers give this one-of-a-kind machine the best of both worlds: stability at speed, and agility in corners.

Triple Clamps
The YZ250 features 25mm offset Triple Clamps that are a compromise between stability and cornering since the factory cannot predict each owners intended use. Ride’s 22mm offset clamps are the answer for more responsive turn-in, just right for tight tracks and twisty trails. Or choose our newest option, a 23.5mm offset for faster tracks littered with pot holes, sand or over-watered hard-pack dirt. These clamps allow the front end to “float” better in loose conditions, while providing a quicker turning sensation over stock.
Application: 2005-2016 YZ250
Color: Silver, Black, Blue (22mm), Blue (23.5mm)
Price: $499.90

Steering Stabilizer Bracket
Another improvement for the twitchy YZ250 is the Steering Stabilizer Kit. Ride Engineering is the first company to offer a way to mount the Showa steering stabilizer onto another brand. The dampener improves handling entering and exiting rough corners, allowing the rider to use less energy during a race. The bracket comes with mounting hardware, tap and installation instructions.
*Ride Eng. Triple clamps are required.
