The Colin Edwards Texas Tornado Boot Camp (TTBC) is now offering two-day camps aimed at riders who want a more personal experience with their riding buddies.
You still get all the usual TTBC caper – coaching from some of the best riders in the business including Colin himself, Yamaha TTR bikes, Fly Racing riding gear, lodging and meals at the fantastic TTBC Saloon, and of course, a session at the world-famous TTBC gun range!
“We usually do a couple of private camps every year,” said owner and founder Colin Edwards. “They’ve been organized through word of mouth or previous clients that get a group of their friends together.”
Edwards has acknowledged some clients may want a bit more one-on-one tuition, which bought forth the idea of these two day camps.
“It’s 2016 and it’s time to offer our two-day camps as a real option,” said Edwards. “Personally, I like to go on two-wheeled excursions with my Boot Camp crew. We’ve done the Baja 1000, a ride through Costa Rica and Big Bend, etc.
“If you have a crew of friends and do the same, make your next unforgettable adventure right here with us at the TTBC.”
It’s no secret that at Cycle News we’re huge fans of the TTBC format: it’s a great way to improve your riding skills and enjoy life on two wheels with some guys and girls that can really ride like Shea Fouchek, Sheila Paul, Cory West and Jake Johnson and have a great time doing it, so if this sounds like you, drop the TTBC crew a line at their website, http://texastornadobootcamp.com/.
Here’s what we thought of the camp in 2015.
