Ducati has given its flagship adventure bike, the Multistrada V4 Rally, a careful evolution for 2026—refining comfort, efficiency, and practicality rather than reinventing the formula.
The 1158cc Granturismo V4 remains unchanged and still delivers around 170 horsepower, but there are several key updates to give the V4 Rally a mechanical polish.

The biggest technical tweak is the introduction of extended cylinder deactivation. Previously, only the rear cylinder bank would shut down at idle; now, it also cuts in during light throttle cruising, reducing fuel use and heat in slow or stop-and-go conditions.
Ducati has also refined its Skyhook EVO semi-active suspension, with new sensors for smoother damping transitions and greater adaptability to off-road surfaces.
Comfort has been improved with the revised shape of the 7.9 gallon as tank. There’s also a taller, wider windscreen and revised air deflectors to reduce buffeting. Passenger comfort also improves via a repositioned top-case mount and more seat-height options, including a new low-suspension kit for easier ground access.

The Easy Lift function—raising the bike gently from the side stand by adjusting suspension preload—makes daily use less of a workout.
Visually, the Rally looks familiar but sharper, with updated bodywork for improved heat management and protection. Weight edges up slightly due to the new tank and comfort gear, but usability gains offset the difference.
Deliveries of the 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally will begin in the United States and Canada in March 2026. Pricing starts at $31,995 in the United States and $34,995 in Canada.
