Germany has finally confirmed their three-rider roster for the 2025 Motocross of Nations which takes place on October 4–5 at Ironman Raceway in Indiana. Ken Roczen will lead the team in the MXGP class alongside Simon Längenfelder in MX2, and Maximilian Spies in the Open division.

“I am excited to be a part of Team Germany again for the 2025 Motocross of Nations,” Roczen said. “Obviously it is a super special event, you represent your country and it is also really cool to have it back in the USA here, close to my home. I am excited to race at Ironman. It is a really technical track. It will be good to line up with the MXGP guys and other racers from around the world once again. Hoping to do well, I will give it everything I have. I have great teammates and we have a strong team going into 2025, so let’s get it going.”

“We were in contact with Ken and his team constantly,” said team managers Marcel Dornhöfer and Karsten Schneider. “He showed his interest to race for us early on, but just like him, we had to wait and see how his injury recovery progressed. Now we are even happier – the wait was worth it. With Ken, Simon and Maximilian we once again have a strong line-up that combines experience and fresh ambition.”

Roczen recently raced the Unadilla round of AMA Pro Motocross where he placed fifth in the first moto of the 450MX division. He did not finish the second moto after suffering cramping in his chest and side. Simon Längenfelder is the current points leader in the MX2 division of the FIM Motocross World Championship and is looking to wrap up his first career title as the series enters its final four rounds.
