The team at Slavens Racing recently turned this 2016 Yamaha YZ250X into a 300cc trail-ready weapon. After adding more than $12,000 of mods, their goal was to build a YZ250X that can compete with the current crop of off-road 300 two strokes like the KTM, Husqvarna, Beta, Sherco, and others.
