Blake Baggett came into the afternoon practice hot, finding the fast lines around the track to earn the top 450 qualifier position. He would prove to have a challenging night however, as an early crash in his heat race forced him to charge up through the field taking 7th place and a spot in the main event. Blake would not have the main he wanted, as he would get shuffled to the back of the field after dodging a downed rider at the start. He kept his composure as the Galfer USA supported rider worked his way to 14th place at the checkered flag.

“It was a tough night. My speed was there today, I just had some issues on track that didn’t do me any favors. We will regroup and come back strong this Sunday.”
