2017 BMW F 800 R and F 800 GT: FIRST LOOK

BMW’s mid-size roadsters in the F 800 R and F 800 GT will get minor updates for 2017, including a new exhaust muffler and Ride-by-Wire throttle.
These two bikes have traditionally flown under the radar as the perennial workhorses for BMW in the mid-size sector, so the company hasn’t gone to extreme lengths to revamp them – so no, you won’t get carbon fiber wheels like on the HP4 Race!
There’s new colors for the F 800 R in the Racing Red non-metallic, Blackstorm metallic, BMW Motorsport (Lightwhite non-metallic/Lupine Blue metallic/Racing Red non-metallic), while the F 800 GT will get new Gravity Blue metallic matt, Lightwhite non-metallic, Blackstorm metallic color options.
