Prado To Miss Arlington Supercross

Red Bull KTM Factory Racing announced that team rider Jorge Prado will miss round seven of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship this weekend in Arlington, Texas. Prado set the fastest qualifying time last weekend in Seattle but crashed shortly thereafter in the second session and sat out for the night show. Prado apparently injured his right shoulder, the same shoulder he hurt in the 2025 Supercross season and later had repaired. The team is hopeful for a return at Daytona.

“Jorge Prado will sit out Arlington this Saturday while continuing to recover from his crash last weekend,” the team said. “No major injuries have been determined, but excessive swelling and irritation in his right shoulder joint will take more time to heal up. We hope to see you back for Daytona, Jorge!”

Prado started the season on the podium with a third at A1.

After skipping round six in Seattle, Prado dropped to 10th in the 450SMX point standings. His best finish came at round one where he started the season on the podium in third and has scored multiple heat race wins this year.
