One year on and the spacious new offices have quickly become home to the ever-growing FIM Family who have been able to enjoy the striking new structure that also incorporates the FIM’s new Tech Lab, which is the pinnacle of motorcycling innovation and is used to showcase the FIM core values.

Reflecting on this anniversary Jorge Viegas, FIM President stated: “Already the new building feels like home, a place where the FIM staff can fulfil their wide and varied tasks in an inspiring, comfortable and modern environment. Equally it is a place where we can welcome, host and hold meetings with our many valued key stakeholders such as promoters, partners, representatives of our national federations and members of our global FIM family. Collectively we can be proud of bringing this ambitious project to life and to now be enjoying and experiencing the benefits it offers to everyone within its walls. Equally we are excited to see the second phase of the project come to fruition soon, when the FIM Racing Motorcycle Museum has its official opening in early December.”

Reinforcing these comments Damiano Zamana, FIM Deputy CEO and Operations Director added: “It seems incredible how fast the first year has passed and how quickly we have adapted to our new and improved surroundings. The design and extra space have created an excellent working environment and one that has promoted and enhanced communication and collaboration amongst the wider FIM Family. On a human level it is a pleasure to feel the increase in energy and passion amongst the FIM staff, as they richly deserved this new working ‘home’. Similarly, we have been proud to welcome guests including FIM family members to our new headquarters, as it is a physical symbol and reminder of the FIM’s future ambitions.”
