The first Moto X event of the 2023 Summer X Games went down last night with Moto X Best Trick putting on an exciting show in front of the Ventura, California fans.
David Rinaldo claimed gold for the second time with the Carolla, a trick that hasn’t been done since Chuck Carothers won gold with it back in 2004. Jackson Strong took second with a front flip cliffhanger on the next-gen ramp, and fellow Aussie Jayo Archer rounded out the podium with a no-handed double backflip also on the next-gen ramp.
