Toni Elias Announces Retirement

Vision Wheel M4 Ecstar Suzuki’s Toni Elias announced his retirement on live TV immediately after Superbike Race Two at Road America, in which he took fifth place.

“Today was my last dance, my last race,” said Elias in a live TV interview after the race.

Elias is a 17-time grand prix winner across the 125cc, 250cc, Moto2 and MotoGP classes.

In 2016, Spaniard made his debut in MotoAmerica, claiming the title the following season with Suzuki, with Championship runner-up positions in both 2018 and 2019.
