The ’90s Was The Golden Era of Motocross Gear
Rennie Scaysbrook | September 5, 2019
Who doesn’t love the 1990’s? After all, we had legendary crap television like Beverly Hills 90210, neon, beach volleyball, a president who didn’t inhale and the seemingly never-ending east coast/west coast rap war between Biggie Smalls, Tupac and everyone in between.
And we had two-strokes. Lots of two-strokes.
The ’90’s was also a golden era in not just motocross culture but the clothing the stars and us mere mortals were wrapped in. That decade saw the decline in Axo and the rise of Fox Racing and sister company Shift as leaders in the motocross apparel industry, and thanks to Red Bull and the upcoming Straight Rhythm event happening at Pomona on October 5, you can relive this glorious decade with the people who made it all happen.
It’s certainly worth 10 minutes of your lunch break today.
