Johnny Campbell and Steve Hengeveld combined efforts to win the Terrible’s Town 250 in Pahrump, Nevada, on Saturday, April 26. The race was round four of the Best in the Desert’s Silver Sate Series, and it paid $7000 to the winning Honda XR650-mounted team.
Second place went to the Kawasaki-mounted duo of Destry Abbott and Shane Esposito. The team was in contention for the overall win when they started experiencing brake problems, effectively handing the Campbell/Hengeveld team the win.
KTM riders Kurt Caselli and Joey Lanza teamed up to finish third overall.
