It appears that Tyler Bowers will be on the starting line this weekend at the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series finale in Las Vegas, riding the 450 class for Chad Reed on a Discount Tires/TwoTwo Motorsports Kawasaki.

Bowers won in Las Vegas last year, topping the East 250 Supercross final as a fill-in rider on a Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki. Apparently, the current and four-time Arenacross Champion’s aggressive style is well suited for the traditionally smallish and hard-packed Sam Boyd Arena racecourse.

Although there has been nothing official from Kawasaki or from Reed, Bowers Tweeted that he was “Fortunate for the opportunity to work with the ?#dreamteam crew at ?@DiscountTire ?@TwoTwoMsport”.

Eli Reed, Chad’s wife, also Tweeted: “Happy for ?@tbowers911 to be riding the ?@DiscountTire twotwo race bike in Vegas this weekend!”
