After four months on the sidelines, Trey Canard is finally ready to return to racing, the Team Honda Muscle Milk rider announcing he will ready to go for this Saturday’s for race at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis, Missouri.

Canard has been on the comeback trail since breaking his arm on Thanksgiving weekend while preparing for the 2014 Supercross season. The Oklahoma rider is no stranger to missing rounds due to injury, and no doubt will take it easy until he feels he’s up to speed.

“I’m really looking forward to getting back out there and racing with all these guys each week,” said Canard. “Since getting back on my bike and training for motos, everything has gone smoothly. I’ve been riding a lot at home in Oklahoma, and the Honda team came out and did some testing with me last week. I feel really good and my bike is working awesome. However, I expect it will take a little while to get up to full race speed, but I will give 100 percent effort regardless.”
