Daytona Announces Date For 200

Although AMA Pro Racing is apparently nowhere near producing a schedule for next year’s Superbike Series, at least we know there’s going to be a Daytona 200 with Daytona International Speedway announcing the 73rd edition of the race will be held on Saturday, March 15.
With the Daytona 200 set to run on the Saturday, Daytona also announced the AMA Pro Flat Track doubleheader will be run on the Thursday and Friday of Bike Week – March 13-14.
In addition to the Daytona 200, Daytona says the road racing schedule will also include National Guard Superbike, Motorcycle-Superstore.com Supersport and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Series.
The Saturday night prior to the Daytona 200 will feature the Daytona Supercross By Honda on March 8.
