MILLVILLE, NJ, SEPT 9 – Latus Motors Racing’s Dustin Dominguez (Tri) won the red flagged Supersport East race after causing the red flag that ended the race four laps before the end of the scheduled 19-lap affair at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

Dominguez had been passed by Celtic Racing/Orient Express Racing’s James Rispoli on the 16th lap and was chasing him through traffic when he ran into the side of James Stark on the front straight, locking his front wheel up near the start-finish line and sending Stark crashing to the ground.

The race was stopped with scoring reverting to the end of lap 15, which Dominguez had led.  Rispoli was credited with second and Jake Lewis third on the Riders Discount Vesrah Suzuki.

Dominguez and Rispoli had checked out early, leaving a pack of seven riders to fight for the final podium spot. Lewis got it, but just barely over National Guard’s Corey Alexander and Garrett Gerloff, the Y.E.S. Graves Yamaha rider who’d finished third in his race return on Saturday.
