Husaberg’s Graham Jarvis has marked himself as the man to beat at this year’s running of the Red Bull Romaniacs Rally Enduro in Romania, which got underway yesterday and will conclude on Sunday.

The Brit, Jarvis, won the opening-day Prologue over Germany’s Andreas Lettenbichler (Husqvarna) and KTM rider’s Chris Birch of New Zealand and Jonny Walker, also of Great Britain.

The lone American in the race, Kendall Norman, was 21st on a KTM 300.

Spain’s Xavier Galindo (Husaberg) rounded out the top five.

Day two of the competition has just finished and, once again, Jarvis is found at the top of the leaderboard. Jarvis took the day’s win approximately four minutes ahead of Lettenbichler, followed by Walker, Galindo and Spain’s Melcior Faja.

Norman moved up a position to 20th.
