Troy Lee Designs / Lucas Oil / Honda’s Christian Craig will undergo surgery to reattach his patella tendon to the bone in his knee, an injury that will keep him off the bike for six to eight weeks, according to his team.Craig crashed in his heat race at Dodger Stadium on Saturday night.
“I ended up holeshotting the heat race, and somebody crossed over on me when I was in the air,” Craig said after the race. “I landed on [him] and went down pretty hard. I hurt my knee pretty bad and that ended my night.”
