World Champ I.C.E. Racer on SPEED Channel (07/23/2010)

Press Release | July 23, 2010

The following is a press release from I.C.E. Speedway…

“Jammin” Jared Mees from Clio, MI won his second World Championship last winter in the very competitive 34th Annual World Championship ICE Racing Series that ran throughout the United States and into Canada. Mees is currently defending his Grand National Championship Dirt Track Title on his XR750 Harley-Davidson V-Twin.

Jared is scheduled as a feature guest on the popular SPEED Channel program this Sunday night. Wind Tunnel is a weekly must see show for racing fans and enthusiasts. This highly rated cable TV show is hosted by arguably the most knowledgable man in the business Dave Despain. It’s hard to say for certain which directions the interview will go, but don’t be surprised to World Championship ICE Racing and Jared’s recent ride in a 600+HP sprint car as part of it. Mees earned the outing in Kirk Cheney’s sprint car by virtue of being a top three finisher in the ICE Series along with JR Schnabel and Kevin Anderson.

Don’t miss Sunday night’s Wind Tunnel starting at 9 p.m. EST. And don’t miss the 35th Anniversary World Championship ICE Racing Series this coming winter at a sports arena near you.
