Kanney Wins Pennsylvania National Hare Scrambles

The results are finally official for the third round of the AMA East Hare Scrambles Championship Series that was held in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, June 15.

KTM’s Nathan Kanney scored the win, his first of the year, putting himself into second place in the overall standings. Second place went to series leader Jason Raines on the Am-Pro Yamaha, while Husqvarna’s Glenn Kearney took third.

KTM rider Jerod Stoner finished fourth, while another KTM rider Andrew Delong rounded out the top five overall.

Former GNCC and Hare Scrambles champ Scott Summers suited up and raced, finishing 11th overall on a Husky. His teammate Gordan Crockard finished eighth.

Motocrosser Heath Voss also rode. The former World Supercross Champion rode a Husqvarna to a ninth-place finish.

With six more rounds to go, Raines leads the standings with 64 points, followed by Kanney with 48, Kearney with 46, and Justin Williamson with 45.
