Short Crowned King of Bercy

Team Honda’s newest addition, Andrew Short, won all three nights of the Bercy Supercross in Paris, France, over the weekend and was thus crowned this year’s King of Bercy. Last year Short won one main event, but this year he took them all on his first ride with his new team.

On Friday night, Short beat home-country favorite Michael Pichon across the finish line but had to deal with KTM’s Mike Alessi the remaining two nights. After finishing 10th the first night, where he struggled with suspension setup, Alessi claimed a pair of second-place finishes to nail down second overall. French rider Sebastien Pourcel rounded out the top three in the overall standings.
