The following is a release from Racer Productions –

Racer Productions, the producer of the AMA Grand National Cross Country Series, will once again support the U.S. Trophy Team at the International Six Days Enduro. Thanks to various fund-raising events held throughout the 2004 season, each of the six riders on the Trophy Team received $1000 from GNCC Racing to help defray the costs of traveling to Europe and racing for a week.

“This money really helps,” says GNCC contender Nathan Kanney, who will be racing in his first ISDE. “I can’t believe the amount of work that goes into this event. It’s cool that GNCC stepped up to help us out, so I hope t0 get noticed and make people proud of us.”

GNCC Racing sent checks to Kanney, as well as fellow GNCC pro contender Jimmy Jarrett, and the other Trophy Team members Kurt Caselli, Fred Hoess, Nick Pearson and Tim Taber.

The money was raised through ISDE fund-raising events held throughout the year, including dinners hosted by Parts Unlimited, and the Wisp GNCC Golf Tournament, which is held before the Wisp GNCC in Maryland. Racer Productions then made their own donation to ensure each rider would have $1000.
