You don't have to be Blake Young or Tommy Hayden's teammate to get parts from the Yoshimura Race Shop (YRS) - anyone can buy Yoshimura performance parts for their metric liter bike now. Some of the new items at YRS include Case Savers (for Suzuki, Yamaha and Honda), Rear Linkage Kit (for the Suzuki), Swing Arm Pivot Kit (for Suzuki), R-77 SS/CF Full System Exhaust, TRC-D SS/SS Full System Exhaust, and TRC-D Carbon Fiber Dual Slip-On.

Yoshimura Case Savers are designed to reduce damage to the OEM engine case in the event of a light crash or scrape. They are just enough to help get you back to the pits (or back home) without having to worry about losing oil. Developed with CAD software, the Yoshimura Case Savers are CNC-machined from high-quality billet 6061-T6 aluminum. They are designed to keep your bike light while providing great strength. Each Case Saver features a machined Yoshimura logo and the YRS  Yoshimura Magnasonian^TM finish to improve durability and looks. Yoshimura Case Savers install without any need to remove the factory engine case covers, gaskets or fairings.  Each kit comes complete with a left and right Case Saver, durable high-grade hardware, detailed installation instructions and Yoshimura decals.

The Rear Linkage Kit changes the rear-suspension ratio for a more linear-rate suspension geometry, and allows for adjustment of rear-suspension geometry to improve traction characteristics. The parts are CNC-machined from aircraft-grade alloy and include a laser-etched Yoshimura logo and the trademarked Yoshimura Magnasonian finish.  

                                                        The Swing Arm Pivot Kit raises the swingarm pivot by +2mm, which allows for greater swingarm angle, resulting in more traction. It also is CNC-machined from aircraft-grade alloy and includes a laser-etched Yoshimura logo and the trademarked Yoshimura Magnasonian finish.

We can't list Yoshimura new parts without mentioning some of the new exhausts  –  three of latest include R-77 SS/CF Full System, TRC-D SS/SS Full System, and the TRC-D Carbon Fiber Dual Slip-On.

The R-77 SS/CF Full System is made to complement the newly redesigned  GSX-R1000 in style and performance. The R-77 consists of a trapezoidal-shaped sleeve, maximizing muffler volume while offering a sharp silhouette to flow with the new body. The innovative End Cap is reminiscent of the R-55, featuring sharp edges for an attractive, eye-catching appeal. Yoshimura's Full System exhaust kits include a 4-into-1 header design with a single muffler mounted on the right side, minimizing unwanted weight for the performance-oriented rider. The Full System weighs considerably less than the dual factory configuration. The Full System maximizes usable power and torque throughout the entire rpm band, providing optimal gains.

The TRC-D is the newest in the Yoshimura's lineup (as shown on the R1 at the top of the page).  It resembles Yoshimura's popular TRC muffler, but, while the TRC-D features the same Tri-Oval shaped sleeve, YRS  took it a step further and created a dual-taper, dual-tip Carbon end cap. The dual-taper exhaust manages sound better in both high-flow and high-power applications. In plain English, that means better sound and lower lap times.

Yoshimura's Full System exhaust kits include a 4:2:1 header design with a single muffler mounted on the right side, and is lighter than stock.

Yoshimura's TRC-D Carbon Fiber Dual Slip-On exhaust system has the same design features as the Full System – which utilizes the factory dual configuration on the bike –  but gives the Yoshimura performance and styling you crave. This system includes dual Yoshimura mufflers, stainless-steel midpipes, all installation hardware, and step-by-step instructions for an easy install.
