Vemar VRX5 and VRX7 Off-Road Helmets

Vemar's new VRX5 and VRX7 helmets were engineered in Italy to the motorcyclist-specific EC standard and they are certified DOT, too. These helmets come with a five-year warrantee from the manufacturing date, which equates to the full usable life of the helmet.

The VRX5 has a round shell shape for a more generous fit from ear to ear and a snugger fit front to back. The exterior shell is constructed of lightweight strong carbon-fiber/fiberglass blend called Aramidic. The outer shell comes in two sizes for the six helmet sizes for a more proportional fit. It has a high-impact inner shell with molded in air channels. The removable and washable liner and cheek pads are manufactured from a technical fiber that resists odor, fungus and bacteria, plus it helps wick away moisture. The padded chin strap has the familiar double D-ring closure system. Every Vemar VRX5 helmet comes with an extra liner and a helmet bag, too. Helmet sizes run from XXS to XL and it weighs just 3.1 pounds.

The VRX7 has all the feature of the VRX5, but it has a mid-oval shell shape for a more generous fit front to back that's snugger from ear to ear. This helmet has three sizes of outer shells to cover range of the eight helmet sizes (XXS to XXXL) for an even more proportional fit. It's a tad lighter than the VRX5, with the medium weighing in at three pounds. You can see all the other Vemar VRX5 and VRX7 by logging on to Moto Nation's website.
