With Motion Pro's Revolver Variable Rate (VR) Throttle Kit, you can mechanically fine-tune your throttle for how you ride or for the conditions in which you ride. Motion Pro has kits for dirt (bottom photo) or street (photo to the left) applications, and the kits are tailored to specific motorcycle models. The kit includes color-coded 35mm, 40mm, 45mm and 50mm reels; black vinyl throttle cables; and a set of grips. The smallest reel offers the slower throttle rate and largest reel for the fastest.

The throttle cables are handmade and come with a boots to keep the insides clean. They have billet-aluminum adjusters for making cable adjustments without tools. Billet-aluminum throttle tubes with removable end caps (shown in the photo to the right) are available for off-road applications for $58.99.

The throttle housing is constructed of durable cast-aluminum housing and uses a unique inner-guide elbow design so that the cables float for smooth operation. The guide elbows are made from acetal and are fully covered to protect them from damage.

The throttle tube is formed from heavy-duty nylon composite for strength and smooth operation, and Motion Pro says its Revolver kit will not scar bars, and the pop-out ends allow the use of handguards.
