Product Showcase: Iron Man A Tach Exhaust Big Foot Moose

This week's Showcase includes Superhero leathers, Works Connection's Tachometer/Hour Meter, Hyperflo's exhaust for CBRs, IMS's footpegs, and Moose Racing's trio of gear.

UD Replica made handcrafted, leathers – produced under license of Marvel – that replicate superhero costumes, including this one called "Leather-as-Metal," which is based on the Mark V Suitcase Suit from Iron Man 2. It includes  jacket, pants, boots and gloves that simulate the metallic angles and re-creates the deep colors of the original.

The jacket has a chest "arc reactor" made of reflective, light-sensitive material that glows when light hits it. The body armor is removable and CE-approved and the gloves are built-in and include Kevlar in the leather lining of the palms. In addition to the Iron Man 2 suit, UD Replicas has an X2 Wolverine suit (which was on display at the San Diego International Comic-Con July 21-25), a Dark Knight Batman suit, and a Tron Legacy suit is in the works for later this year. The Works Connection Tachometer/Hour Meter is a compact 1 x 2 inches in size and has an easy-to-read LCD screen that displays an engine's rpm and also records the max rpm from each ride. It measures up to 20,000 rpm and has a capacity of tracking up to 99,999 hours in the hour meter. It has adjustable settings for Fast/Slow updates and High/Low spark sensitivity. It mounts with a peel-and-stick, so it can be placed just about anywhere, or it can be bolted on with the optional mounting kit. To install, it is a simple procedure of wrapping a single wire lead around the spark plug wire, and it can be used with many two- and four-strokes.

If you are looking for a quiet system, this CBR exhaust from Hyperflo is not for you. These brand-new Hyperflo slip-on exhaust were designed for track use, and give late-model CBR 600RRs and 1000RRs a louder, meaner tone. The dual carbon-fiber canisters come with a fender-eliminator kit so the owner can completely remove the stock rear fender. LED Brake/taillight, blinkers, and illuminated plate mounts all are included for the CBR models that don't already have the lights integrated into the tail adding to the Honda racy streamlined looks.

There's a flow divider to keep the flow even in both canisters and the exhausts give horsepower gains without the need to re-map. The Hyperflo has removable sound cores, stainless-steel tips, and the mid-pipes come with in a choice of either flat black, black chrome, or full-polish finishes. The billet tips are ceramic-coated to a flat-black finish. All brackets are CNC'ed and anodized-black aluminum.

To sweeten the deal, Hyperflo will replace a crashed exhaust for half price, and the company even has a seven-day free trial period on a new purchase.

IMS is known for its fuel tanks, but they also make shifters, handguards and footpegs for off-roaders. The three footpegs from IMS include the Bigfoot, the Pro Series and the Super Stock.
