Ilmberger carbon parts for 2008-09 CBR1000RR

Ilmberger carbon parts has a line of parts for the popular 2008-09 CBR1000RR that the maker says rival the best in the world in terms of quality.

The Bavarian Ilmberger has been producing high-quality carbon-fiber for other brands since 1990, and has now added the CBR1000RR to its lengthy list of brands.

The carbon-fiber specialists have eight pieces to personalize your machine – and save some weight. The newly designed carbon parts include a front fender and a rear guard, as well as clutch and generator covers.

Among other production techniques, Ilmberger ensures outstanding quality by producing all parts from 100-percent carbon, hardening them exclusively by autoclaving at the highest temperatures, and finishing them with a clear plastic coating.
