Harley-Davidson has a cool new jacket called the Custer Functional Jacket that includes a reversible, warm outer vest.
The jacket is made of water-resistant nylon/poly mesh jacket. The vest is black on one side and high-visibility orange on the other. The vest can be worn separately or on the outside of the jacket for extra warmth when you need it. There's removable, lightweight body armor in the shoulders and elbows of the jacket, and the pre-curved sleeves have adjustable tabs for a custom fit.  There's a total of four pockets on both the jacket and vest.

It's available in sizes small through 5XL, and comes in tall sizes, too.
