Fox Racing Shox’s Podium RC3

Fox Racing Shox made a name for itself by making high-quality suspension components – brothers Geoff and Bob Fox were even just recently inducted into the MC Hall of Fame for their pioneering work in off-road suspension. And the latest from Fox Racing Shox is the new Podium RC3 that is crammed with features. To start off, it has a proprietary Bottom-Out Control (B.O.C.) to change the end of travel damping without affecting the first three-fourths of travel. The B.O.C is position sensitive and only affects the compression damping during bottom-out events, such as steep-jump faces and aggressive whoops. The goal of the B.O.C is to run as little bottom-out-control damping as possible, without bottoming hard.

Fox Racing's Fast Adjust Spring Technology (F.A.S.T.) device on the RC3 is makes preload adjustment easy to do. Fox Racing says its Podium RC3 is completely rebuildable and comes with a one-year factory limited warranty, plus a 90-day valving guarantee. Frame modifications are not necessary for installation, and the shock will fit 250/450cc Hondas, Kawasakis, Suzukis and Yamahas.
