Baja Designs Kwik Jak

Off-road-adventure outfitters Baja Designs has a compact jack for those of us who trailer our toys off the beaten path through all types of terrain. This 4.5-pound, billet-aluminum Kwik Jak is powered by standard 3/8-24 CO₂ cartridges and Baja Designs says it can lift up to 2400 pounds in seconds. Its collapsed height adjusts from an easily stowable 12.5-inches and extends up to 18.5-inches (it has a 6-inch stroke). It can be configured in multiple ways, so it works on almost any vehicle. It can fit in a standard racecar-type fire-extinguisher mount for easy accessibility on tube-frame vehicles. Kits are also available to adapt the jack to your onboard CO₂ system or to use larger refillable CO₂ canisters.
