Alpinestars has three new pairs of footwear out: the Mille, the Scout Waterproof Boot, and the SOHO Gore-Tex Boot.

The Mille is a black, tall, riding shoe made from breathable, water-resistant suede. It has an offset speed-lacing system with a Velcro closing tab, and a flexible rubber sole made to be comfortable when off the bike and walking around, but grippy when riding. The oiled-suede upper section of the Mille has leather panels and is abrasion resistant. Its breathable mesh lining helps keep the foot dry. The sole has an Astars logo stamp and the outer sidewall has the logo emboidered. The toe section is designed to dissipate pressure over your piggies and lets the shoe flex naturally while walking. It has an outer polyurethane (PU) heel and reinforcements on the toe area. It comes in U.S. sizes 6-13.

The Scout Waterproof Boot is made for all-weather dual-sport touring or sportbike rides. It's a durable, waterproof leather boot with a stitched sole engineered from a unique rubber compound that provides exceptional grip on slippery surfaces, according to Alpinestars. The full-grain leather is bonded with a waterproof membrane for a fully watertight boot. The internally molded shin, toe and heel are impact and abrasion resistant. A removable, padded foot bed provides shock absorption. These boots have a three-buckle closure system and the inside is lined with smooth calf leather. It comes in black and in U.S. sizes 5-13.

The SOHO Gore-Tex Boot is another black, all-weather touring leather boot that is waterproof and breathable. It has a Gore-Tex lining, and a stylish, metropolitan design. It's made with double-injected PU in the shin, calf, heel and toe for impact and abrasion protection. It has reinforced shifter panel over toe area, and AStars says that the removable EVA foam sole provides excellent shock absorption and impact protection. Its tread has a grippy 3D pattern and it closes up with a zipper, which is covered by a Velcro closure to keep water out.This one comes in Euro sizes, from 38-48.
