.	5/21/00 - National Motocross Series Rnd. 2: Hangtown
.	Pre-Race Notes:
.	125cc Moto #1:
.	...And the holeshot goes to...Roncada followed by Pastrana, Schnell, C. Johnson...Pastrana bails on the first lap through the whoop section and gets back up in about 25th place after running second...It's Yamaha of Troy running 1, 2, 3; Roncada, Johnson and Buckelew...Running order after 2 laps is Roncada, Johnson, Buckelew, Thain, Vohland, Sellards, Payne, Wheeler, Brandes...Rodrig Thain on the KTM has just passed Buckelew for 3rd place and is now chasing Casey Johnson...Roncada now holds about a 4 second lead on Johnson...Buckelew just took a soil sample right in front of us and gets back up well outside of the top 20...Vohland has now passed Thain for 3rd and he's only thinking one thing here at his home track...Johnson falls back to 4th somwhere in the back section, so that puts Vohland in 2nd and Thain in 3rd behind the leader Roncada...Pastrana crashes hard on an uphill double and gets back up 2nd to last...Vohland now cuts Roncada's lead by a second but Roncada stepped it up on the next lap and added about a second and a half to his 5 and half second lead...Lamson is working his way up from a bad start and has just passed Sellards for 6th spot... Running order now is Roncada, Vohland, Thain, C. Johnson, Payne, Lamson, Sellards, Brandes, Lytle, Wey, McCormick, Scnell...Pastrana has just pulled off the track, not sure if it's bike problems or not...Fonseca just puuled off the track as well...Johnson just passed Thain to take over 3rd position...Top 10 are spaced out evenly now here after 9 laps, and Roncada's lead is getting bigger to about 9 seconds...A rider had gone down a few laps ago and they just brought him off on a board in front of us and we could see it was Gosselaar, we'll keep you updated...Lamson and Payne have caught Thain and are all over him, now Lamson passes Payne...Vohland tips over in a tight turn and Johnson takes over the 2nd spot...Sellards goes down in the whoops and falls back one spot to 8th...Lamson is now reeling in Vohland who's in 3rd spot right now, Hangtown is both Lamson and Vohland's home track...Lamson is all over Vohland and finally gets around him and pulls a little bit of a lead... Running order with 2 laps left Roncada, Johnson, Lamson, Vohland, Payne, Thain, D. Smith, Sellards, Wey, Schnell, Craig, Brandes and Jesseman...Payne just lew by his teammate Vohland to take over 4th spot...White flag for Roncada, who is just cruising out in front...Payne just goes down hard in an uphill section, he's behind a tree but people are running to his attention...Lamson is all over Johnson for 2nd...Roncada wins followed by C. .	...The holeshot goes to...Carmichael followed by Windham, Lusk, Tortelli...RC is leading a Honda train...Running order Carmichael, Vuillemin, Windham, Tortelli, Lusk, LaRocco, Albee, Narita, Dowd, Ward...Tortelli is all over Windham for the 3rd spot...Tortelli goes on the outside and passes Windham to move up...RC is pulling about a second a lap away from Vuillemin, and looks very smooth and in control out front. Just like last week at Glen Helen...We just got word that Chris Gosselaar was knocked out for about 4 minutes, they took him in the Helicopter to a hospital to check him out...LaRocco has passed Lusk for 5th spot and Albee follows him right by Lusk also...Running order Carmichael, Vuillemin, Tortelli, Windham, LaRocco, Albertyn, Lusk, Reynard, Dowd, Ward, Dubach... Half-way flag is out now for RC, everyone is spaced out pretty good now...Dubach is all over Larry Ward, we've renamed him from Doctor to Warrior...Tortelli stalls and Windham moves into third spot now...Carmichael's lead is now 6 seconds over Yamaha's Vuillemin...Windham collides with a lapper but only gets held up a few seconds and still maintains 3rd spot...Windham, Tortelli and LaRocco are all tire to tire, one mistake and someone is going to get through...Carmcihael has a 7 second lead over Vuillemin and a 15 seconds over 3rd place...Albertyn is going backward, might be having bike problems... Running order still Carmichael, Vuillemin, Windham, Tortelli, LaRocco, Reynard, Albertyn, Lusk, Dowd, Ward, Huffman, Dubach...2 Lap board out for Carmichael...Windham goes down and Tortelli gets by him for 3rd spot, LaRocco is still behind Windham in 5th...Carmichael wins followed by Vuillemin, Tortelli, Windham, LaRocco, Reynard, Albertyn, Lusk, Dowd, Huffman... 1. .	...Holeshot goes to...Ramsey followed by Fonseca, Vohland, Thain...Roncada is back in 12th spot...Running order after 1 lap is Ramsey, Fonseca, Vohland, Thain, C. Johnson, Pastrana, Lamson, Wey, Sellards, Roncada, D. Smith, Brandes...Vohland passes Fonseca to take 2nd place and start charging for Ramsey...Ramsey has about a 3 1/2 second lead on his teammate Vohland, but Roncada is on the move and has moved up to 6th...Pastrana has moved into 3rd spot, he is ridding with another cast on his right hand and wrist...Lamson just passed Fonseca for 4th spot, he finished 3rd in the first moto...Vohland is slowly catching Ramsey...Vohland steals the lead from his teammate Ramsey and now Pastrana is right on Ramsey...Lamson has caught the leaders now, It's Vohland, Ramsey, Pastrana and Lamson all within a second of each other...Lamson passes Pastrana and takes 3rd, now he's on Ramsey's rear tire...Lamson just shot by Ramsey and Vohland to take the lead...Now Ramsey shoots back by Vohland...Now it's Lamson, Ramsey, Vohland and Pastrana...Roncada is back in 8th place, Pastrana just went by Vohland for 3rd place. Vohland has went from 1st to 4th... Danny Smith just passes Roncada, Roncada looks tired and is fading...Casey Johnson just went down in the whoops, the heat might be getting to him also...Running order Lamson, Ramsey, Pastrana, Vohland, Wey, Fonseca, D. Smith, Sellards, Roncada, Thain, Schnell, Currie, K. Smith, K. Johnson...Fonseca passes Wey back for 5th spot, they've been trading some paint for the last few laps...Lamson leading now by about 6 second over Ramsey and Pastrana...2 lap board is now out...Pastrana jumps past Ramsey to take over the 2nd spot...Eveybody on the track looks super tired...And Lamson wins and gets the overall for the day at his home track. he was followed by Pastrana, Ramsey, Vohland, Fonseca, Wey, D. .	...And the holeshot goes to...Kevin Windham, followed by Carmichael, Tortelli, Lusk, Ward, Vuillemin...Vuillemin has moved into 4th spot after going by Ward and Lusk...Carmichael passes Windham for the lead but Windham is not letting him get away...Tortelli has moved up on the leaders ad is looking to make a move on his teammate Windham...Running order is Carmichael, Windham, Tortelli, Vuillemin, Lusk, Ward, Albertyn, LaRocco, Dowd, Ferry, Dubach, Lewis, Reynard...Albertyn passes Ward and Lusk in two turns and moves into the 5th spot...Carmichael almost loses it down the hill and Windham gets by him...Tortelli is all over Carmichael, they are banging in the turns, while Windham is moving farther away from them...Running order Windham, Carmichael, Tortelli, Vuillemin, Albee, LaRocco...Tortelli right on Carmichael now, giving him a quick glimpse of his front wheel...Windham has extended his lead to about 5 seconds...Tortelli and Vuillemin both get by Carmichael, so it's Windham, Tortelli, Vuillemin, and Carmichael...Vuillemin is all over Tortelli and is sticking a wheel in. If Vuillemin moves into 2nd he gets the overall...And Vuillemin takes over second...
