Alan Cathcart crashed during a testing session Thursday (Oct. 8) at Barber Motorsports Park outside of Birmingham, Alabama. The crash resulted in three fractured ribs, one cracked vertebrae, a broken right foot and the top of his left thumb being ground down. Cathcart is currently in the University of Alabama (UAB) Hospital in Birmingham.
