Victory – the 11-year-old American bike builder known for making bikes with modern flowing lines – has released its new bikes for 2010. All-new in the cruiser category is the Hammer 8-Ball (in the photo to the right). It comes blacked-out – black wheels, black handlebars, black sprocket, black everything – and what is not blacked-out is chromed. It has a classic-style round headlight and a low-seat and is powered by Victory's 100 cubic-inch V-twin motor.
Returning cruisers include the Vegas, which was introduced in 2003, making it Victory's oldest model. The 2010 model has a lower seat and more-accessible hand and foot controls. Due to customer demand, the Vegas has a lower overall stance. The Vegas 8-Ball, also has a new lower seat height and easier-to-reach controls.
The Vegas Jackpot comes back in 2010 with new colors, including the Tequila Gold shown in the photo below.
The Kingpin 8-Ball and Hammer S are back, too, with tweaks to the ergos and styling.
In the Touring side of things, there are four new models: Cross Country, Cross Roads, Vision Tour ABS and Vision 8-Ball.
The Cross Roads has hard bags and a windscreen with a distinctive styling seen in the flush-mounted taillight, sculpted fuel tank, and front fenders that wrap around the tires.
It has new “Roulette” wheels that are lighter, hollow-spoked wheels engineered for optimized geometry.

The Cross Country (in the photo to the right with bike designer Mike Song) has generous fairing and nice extras, such as heated handgrips.
The Vision Tour ABS has a new antilock brake system and plenty of plugs for iPods, phones and heated vests – even for the passenger, via a slot on the driver's seat. The Vision 8-Ball is a new, blacked-out, high-value, touring model, with minimal chrome and linked brakes.
