2004 Victory Motorcycles

Kingpin tops the list

Victory Motorcycles is riding the coattails of the success of its popular Vegas cruiser last year. The company has no plans to let the momentum stop at this point after experiencing relatively slow growth over the past couple of years.

For the 2004 model year Victory has updated the Vegas and the Touring Cruiser and has introduced two exciting new models, the Arlen Ness Signature Series, a limited-edition model designed by Arlen and Cory Ness, who helped design the Vegas. Then there are the Kingpin and Kingpin Deluxe, completely new models.

All 2004 Victory models share the company’s trademark 1507cc air-and-oil-cooled 50-degree Freedom V-Twin. The valve train consists of single overhead camshafts with self-adjusting cam chains, while the fuel system delivers electronic fuel injection with 44mm throttle bodies.

For those who want to stand out from the crowd a little more, look no further than Victory’s Custom Order Program. The program offers a staggering amount of options. For example, Vegas Riders can have their bikes custom-built straight from the factory with cast, laced, or billet wheels, a Deluxe Touring Package that includes a midheight windshield, fork-mounted wind deflectors, textured leather saddlebags, larger passenger seat and a mini passenger backrest. There is also an extra chrome package consisting of chrome-covered fork sliders, upper and lower triple clamps, handlebar risers and caps, switch housings and swingarm. To complete the package, an HID headlight, two-inch pull-back handlebars, and full floorboards will be available, as well. The Victory Custom Order Program also gives customers more color options to choose from with two-tone paint (Bronze Mist & Pearl White or Cobalt Green and Champagne) and tribal flame paint schemes (Sonic Blue with Hot Rod Flames or Purple with Silver Hot Rod Flames) added to the list of possibilities. The new Kingpin and the Touring Cruiser have a similar list of options available.
