Ross Maeda Update

Enzo's Ross Maeda improving and out of intensive care

In case you haven't heard, Ross Maeda, the owner of the suspension company Enzo Racing, suffered a spinal injury, a collapsed lung, broken ribs and a concussion after crashing his motorcycle last weekend. As of now, Maeda has no feeling from the waist down. After a seven-hour surgery, Maeda is out of intensive care and, according to his wife, Ross is feeling much better and is in good spirits.

Maeda is also the older brother of Transworld Motocross magazine editor Donn Maeda, who is currently in Europe covering this weekend's Motocross of Nations in Italy. You can follow Ross's progress on Donn's blog, which can be found at TransworldMotocross.com.

We wish both Maeda's and their families all the best.
