Springfield Mile Rained Out

More rain greeted hopefully race fans Monday morning in Springfield. With continued precipitation in the forecasts officials have called off this weekend’s Springfield Mile.

The IMDA will make an official announcement on when the race will be rescheduled later today, but tentative plans call for a Tripleheader weekend at Springfield over the Labor Day weekend with back-to-back Springfield Miles to run along with the Short Track National.
