Red Line Adds Pro Stock Bike to Contingency Program

Pretty Slick Deal

In its third year of participation in the NHRA Powerade Drag Racing Series contingency award program, Red Line Synthetic Oil Company has added the Pro Stock Bike category to its list of racing classes and will begin payouts as soon as the upcoming Mac Tools U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis.

“We’ve seen the motorcycles gather increasing interest at the National Event level,” said Tim Kerrigan, president of Red Line Synthetic Oil. “It’s only natural that we expand our participation from the cars to the bikes. We have an incredible product for these racers, and many of the top teams are already using it, so it only makes sense that we reward them for it.”

Red Line’s lightweight motor oils are already popular with both professional and sportsman drag car racers, a release issued by the company stated.

“We’ve seen significant growth with Stock, Super Stock, and Competition Eliminator racers since we started posting contingency with NHRA, and we hope to see it here," Kerrigan said. "Our specifically blended, Lightweight Pro Stock Bike Motor Oil provides an unprecedented balance of performance and protection for these hi-revving engines — you can see it on the time slip and on the bearings.”

Red Line Synthetic Oil will pay $250 to win and $100 to runner up. Racers must display a Red Line Oil decal and provide proof of purchase of the product to qualify.
