Seven-time AMA Superbike Champion Mat Mladin will be in attendance for the Great Clips West Coast Moto Jam at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California, on Sunday, May 6, marking one of the few AMA events that the Australian has attended since retiring in 2009.

Mladin, who now lives in Oakdale, Australia where he is a sheep rancher and also enjoys flying planes, among his many hobbies, will take part in a Q&A session with race fans on Sunday in the Wine Country Winner's Circle at 11:45 a.m.

Mladin holds a number of records at Infineon Raceway, including Superbike wins with nine. His nine wins tie him with Miguel Duhamel for all-time AMA Pro wins in Sonoma, regardless of category.

The Great Clips West Coast Jam will feature doubleheaders in AMA Pro Superbike, GoPro Daytona SportBike and Motorcycle-Superstore.com Supersport. There will also be TTXGP electric motorcycles and Supermoto USA.

In addition, race fans will be treated to stunt shows, how-to seminars, ride-in bike shows, paddock park-n-sells, a motorcycle art show, a Japanese Motorcycle Heritage Foundation Display, Infineon Raceway Girls and more.

For tickets, call 800-870-RACE (7223) or visit www.infineonraceway.com/ama for full details on the race weekend.
