Kawasaki’s Team Green off-road squad had a pretty good day at the AMA Sports National Hare Scrambles in Elkton, Oregon, yesterday. Team Green riders filled the first four positions when all was said and done.
The top rider was defending champ Fred Andrews who captured his first hare scrambles win of the year. He was followed across the finish line by fellow Team Green riders Chuck Woodford, David Pearson and Scott Sheak. KTM rider Brian Garrahan was the first non-Kawasaki pilot to cross the finish line in fifth place. Honda-mounted Eric Mashbir took sixth, followed by Yamaha rider Josh McLevy, Honda pilot Andy Grider, and KTM riders Joey Lanza and Ben Hale.
After four of nine rounds, Andrews lead the points race with 96, while Garrahan and Woodford are tied for second with 67 points. Right behind them is McLevy with 63.
